The course focuses on basic content intended for all employees and includes an explanation of your organization’s harassment policy, LGBTQ+ harassment, sexual harassment, protected characteristics harassment, hostile workplace and how to stop prohibited behavior. The Abusive Conduct module identifies the impacts of bullying, profanity and prohibited behaviors. A course knowledge check is included to ensure employees understanding. This mystery-based harassment and retaliation prevention course invites participants to interact in a virtual environment to figure out who was suspended and why. H.E.R.O. includes over 40 video scenarios that challenge participants' understanding of their employer's anti-harassment and retaliation policies while also teaching them when and where they apply. The supervisor course meets CA AB1825 and AB2053 (Abusive Conduct) compliance.
